I would contact Rob Barreca at Schoolengine.com directly about this, his prices seem reasonable and it's quite a big change to make on your own to a stock system.

If you're interested in managed hosting, customization and support you could go with us at School Engine.
But if you want to do it all yourself, I'll be uploading everything to my cvs server (cvs.schoolengine.com) later this week so you could download it and customize your Moodle in the same way.
I'll be happy to help in either case and will be posting some improved patches for both parental access and grades in the near future so maybe some of this can get into Moodle's cvs.
