Around 27th August 2018, the PayPal plugin seems to have stopped working on one of my sites. Nothing has changed (no upgrades, no firewall changes to my knowledge). Clicking a paypal enrol button on a course shows a PayPal screen:
Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

Has anyone had a similar experience or can offer a solution?
