I'm wondering that permission

moodle/tag:manage

is given to authticated user. That means every user can edit the description of any tag.  For me it makes more sense to give this permission to trainer or manager role. 

Any ideas?

Hi Ralf,

I checked in Site administration > Users > Permissions > Capability overview and found that only the default Manager role has moodle/tag:manage set to allow.
