Hi all,
I'm getting lots of requests to clone gradebooks for faculty and I can't find a good way to do it. Here is what I have tried:
1. Backup/restore course - the problem with this is that it only brings over the grade items that have assignments attached to them. Most of my requests come from faculty that (for one reason or another) use grade items created from within the gradebook.
2. Import course - Same problem as above - it only brings grades attached to activities in the course.
3. Gradebook import from CSV/excel/XML: This gets me really close, but there is no way to set maximum grades for items that are mapped to "new grade item"
Is there anyone out there with some knowledge I'm missing on this?
