Hi at all

Does anyone read the book of Chris Sangwin and can tell me, if it is necessary for working with stack

I presume it is very interesting, but there are no documentation-parts, am I right?

Lots of greetings

Regine

I have read it and it is not necessary for working with STACK. However it is readable by non mathematicians like myself and gives some good insights into the ideas behind STACK and similar tools.

Regine,

I tried hard not to make the book documentation for STACK.

Documentation, including an "author quick start guide" is distributed with every version of STACK, e.g. you can see our demo server here: https://stack2.maths.ed.ac.uk/demo/question/type/stack/doc/doc.php/  (This URL may change in the future).

The book is my general thinking on the subject, together with a review of systems prior to 2013.
