Are there any updates on this problem?
I also cannot watch our MS Stream videos on the iOS mobile app. I am prompted to login to MS Stream on the web but this does not fix the issue. Stream videos embedded in Articulate Rise courses embedded into Moodle can't be watch on the Moodle Mobile app either.

are those video restricted by IP or referral or something?
Please note that the mobile app referral is completely different from the Moodle web version one.
We've come across this issue too, and wondering if there is any resolution yet. We are embedding videos from Microsoft Steam into courses, which can't be played. When the video loads in the Moodle page it requests to sign in. This is expected as Stream is internal only and not a public service. When clicking the link it forces out to the device browser which then redirects to an error page https://web.microsoftstream.com/null".
If a direct link is published in the course it opens the browser and plays fine. It only seems to affect embedded videos.
Things we have tried:
Embedded video works fine through the desktop platform and even when accessing moodle through the web browser on the mobile device. Everything seems to point to the app. All testing was performed on an android device (screenshots attached) not sure if it is different on IOS.

Things we have tried:
- Installed stream app - does not offer to open with the app instead of the browser
- Direct link to the video - Works fine
- Pre-auth the browser to stream so no auth should be required - the same page is displayed
- Change the embedded code to include a domain hint to see if it will force to our IDP for authentication. Browser page just closes.

Does anyone know if this issue has been resolved? We are looking at implementing Stream for our video repository but want to make sure it will work 100% first.
