Hi All,

Setup is as follows: Server212R2/IIS8.5/SQLServer2016/PHP7.0.32

Using Moodle V 3.5.2 and setup is working.

Next step is to enable connection to AD via Ldap to sync user login accounts.

When accessing the Site Admin\Plugins\Authentication   the "LDAP Server " is not available. In the  available authentication plugins the LDAP Server is greyed out

The PHP7 ldap extension is enabled.

What extension do I need to add to allow enabling the Ldap Server?

Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks for the links Matteo,

I followed the directions and still no Ldap server plugin function enabled.
I can add users manually.
Site- admin-Authentication-Plugin as follows.

Any ideas why no LDAP Server visibility?
Cheers

Hi Fred,
please could you upload the image again and check for the LDAP PHP extension being actually loaded in the Moodle Server PHP Info page (Site administration > Server > PHP info, /admin/phpinfo.php) or directly in CLI via php --ri ldap?

HTH,
Matteo
