There are no reports in the Moodle interface that tell you this.

If you are able to query the Moodle database directly (for example using https://moodle.org/plugins/report_customsql) then it is quite easy to get this data from the database. They key database table is quiz_slots, which links quizzes to questions.

thanks for your answer.

instaling the mentioned plugin was no problem but to understand sql and write the needed query seems impossible.
