What does "Capabilities/moodle/course:viewsuspendedusers" mean

Hello, 

I'm using Moodle 3.4 - I do not want my teachers to see course-level suspended users on the Participants page, so I removed that permission: Capabilities/moodle/course:viewsuspendedusers

However, they can still see suspended users. Any suggestions on what I may be doing incorrectly?




Teacher's view of Participant List still shows suspended users - teachers can even click on the users' names and see the profile:

Good catch John. I suspect you discovered a bug - this capability does not seem to be respected on the Participants page. Can you please raise it as a new bug in the tracker?

Either this isn't the intended purpose of this permission, or it is a regression from when the Participants page was revamped.
