We're using Moodle 3.5 Fordson v3.5 release 3 update 10.  

Is there a way to add custom text / html for each enrollment method for a course? We have different information for each enrollment method and would like to add info so the user can read before enrolling. 

In the attached image, that would mean inserting a custom text where "Nenhuma chave de inscrição é necessária." is now.

Yes, you can change that with language strings - just go to customize language and search for the string.  You can change the text right there.
