Can students received automatic notifications when a grader/teacher uploads feedback files to students?
I currently have "Default setting for "Notify students"" but I cannot see how I can activate a notice to be sent to students when feedback files are uploaded.
In addition, in the "Send feedback files to 'x' selected user(s)" window there is no way to activate a message to students.
I have also consulted students who have had feedback files uploaded, but they have reported they have received no message about the upload.
Is there anything I'm missing, or is this not a feature of Moodle 3.5?
