1) The search box does not show next to the user profile. I had to install a block.
2) Does Global search work in the mobile app? 2b) in the custom mobile app?
Blocks don't show in the mobile app - how is a search to work in the mobile app without a search box?
I upgraded from 3.4 to 3.5.2 and followed the steps for Simple Global Search - enable global search, Select Simple search, Index.
With a block - Global search, the search works.
