I installed moodle 3.2.9 on a windows server and after I login to my site as the administrator I cant access to my front page.It shows a page like given below.What can be the problem.Please help.
What happens if you select "Log out", then close the browser, start it and the try to login?
BTW, you didn't mention how you installed Moodle? Where did you get it? Which instructions followed?

If I log out to gets me back to the login page.
I downloaded this version of moodle from the official moodle site and installed this on my VPS that runs on Windows server 2008.Firstly I installed IIS and then PHP 7.0.23 and MySQL.And after I installed moodle successfully with no errors.When I try to log in this happens
