(There is an old discussion but it is locked and didn't answer my question)
My students can't upload assignments. On the upload page, the little spinner goes on forever.
I turned on debugging, but nothing changed. I didn't get any messages.
I recently upgraded my site to VPS. In that process they changed the server. Everything else seems to work, but students can't upload.
One of my students did get an error message. There were several lines. The first line was
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read view.php?id=16866&ac..editsubmission:209 property 'set_templates' of undefined
When I switched to VPS I also upgraded memory on a site that was working, so memory is probably not the problem.
Is it possible that there is a permission error with the new server and the moodle folders?
Any help will be appreciated.
