Hi,

after deleting a user, present on the "Data deletion" page in "Privacy and policies", I ran the "Delete expired contexts" cron.

I received this message:
"Delete expired contexts
Unable to get task lock for tool_dataprivacy \ task \ delete_expired_contexts. "

I try to launch the Tool, via the command line. It hangs on: "tool_log" ...

I have a very large database. The Log table is above 30GB.


My Moodle version is 3.5.2...before 3.1...before 2.9...before 2.7....before...2.4



Can you help me?

I was getting the same error - it seems that waiting fixes it - I guess that the task was running already and didn't like being called a second time. Might be wrong, though.
