Sorry if this has been answered already, however, I couldn't find the answer searching. I'm currently looking at implementing moodle at our institution. Our policy is when a tutor has marked learners work it then goes to our IQA team. Is it possible to lock the grade once it has been initially marked so the tutor cannot amend it and the grade is fixed until a member of our IQA team has agreed with the decision?
Further, would it be possible for the IQA team to amend the grade as well as allow resubmissions?
