The current Dutch translation for this bit is 'Cursusafbeelding'. I agree with you that the previous one 'cursussamenvattingsbestanden' was a bit strange. One of the community translators for the Dutch language pack may have updated the string to better reflect the purpose. I'd say that was Koen Roggemans himself, but I'm not sure.
If you have an older version of Moodle running, without the cron turned on, you can update your Dutch language pack manually from the site administration pages.
