I used this command on the Mysql server:
"GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'Username'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY "Password";
and I got this error error:
"#1045 - Access denied for user 'Username'@'%' (using password: YES)"
I will check with the hosting support see what they say.
