Hello I am more of a user than a developer, but I am working my way through to becoming a Moodle administrator.
I am trying to grade students work and I am getting a page that nags with almost no information and spinning wheels without loading the file. I have pasted an image of what I get. the assignment is a pdf document the students submitted. I am using Moodle 3.1.13 (Build: 20180709) .
Any help or advice on how I can approach this problem would be really appreciated.
