I think I messed something up.
Block Latest announcements is not showing anymore for users apart from admins. Even if student (normal user) adds this block to his dashboard, it hides once he turns off customising his page.
Where should I check for permissions and whatnot to show this block to all users. How can I enforce showing this block to all users?
