Are you seeking to add java application? Your question is not totally clear. Anyway if you want to add a java app or Javascript, there are plugins available to use https://moodle.org/plugins/browse.php?list=set&id=27
I think you mean "javascript" and if so, yes its possible.
But Moodle will remove any javascript you insert into a page from the html editor.
So you probably need to use a plugin that helps you. Generico can help with this.
