AFAIK, the only way to achieve this without going into the styles of a page. which means rewriting a theme essentially, is during the editing process. When writing the question, use the available editing option in the editing tool. If you have Atto set up, then you may want to look in the Downloads section for more formatting plugins for it, or change your editor to TinyMCE.

That's OK, we all start tech unsavvy, but in my case.... tech and I have an unspoken distaste for each other, it always dies on me for important things
