Guest can view most of activities, but can not answer... Why guest can answer in assigment? How I can disable it?
Re: Why guest can answer?
Yikes! I just tried this out and you are right! Guests can submit assignments.
I do not see any way to disable this, though.
Maybe security.moodle.org would be the best place for this discussion...

I tried in 1.5.3 but couldnt seem to see the error, also tried in latest dev but it seems allright. I got the same error message "Sorry, guests are not allowed to upload."

Re: Why guest can answer?
Hi, Christian,
We are using 1.5.2+ and are seeing this for online responses. Have not tried it for uploading a response.

Hi, Christian,
We will be upgrading to 1.5.3+ in the near future, so you patch should be fine for us.
Thanks!

Re: Why guest can answer?
Hi!
I have checked that guests can not submit files in assignments though the form was displayed. I have fixed the code in 1.5.3+ so that the upload form is not displayed anymore for guests.

Re: Why guest can answer?
It is very good, thanks...
May be print some text about this situation. For example,
"You have to log in/register before you can submit your answer"
instead of "You have not submitted anything yet"
