I'm answering both in English and in Spanish so other people in the forum can understand it
Unfortunately we can no longer access sites to debug the issues ourselves. So there are 2 options here.
The first one is to create a backup of that Assignment, upload it to a new MoodleCloud site and check if the error also happens in there. If the error also happens in there we can take a look (we can access the site if there is no user data).
The other option is to debug the problem yourself and tell us which error message you're receiving exactly. Please follow this guide to do so:

Lamentablemente ya no podemos acceder a sitios externos para debugar este tipo de problemas. Así que hay dos posibles opciones para encontrar el problema.
La primera es crear una copia de seguridad de esa Tarea, subirla a un sitio nuevo de Moodlecloud y mirar si el error también ocurre. Si ahí también ocurre el mismo error podemos echarle un ojo (si el sitio no tiene datos de usuario sí que podemos acceder).
La otra opción es que depures el problema tú misma y nos indiques qué mensaje de error estás recibiendo. Puedes seguir esta guía para hacerlo:
