I'm hoping I've just missed something rather than this being a new feature request...
We've been using scheduler for a few years to manage student adviser meetings. As the student may have contact with the same adviser over several years, we don't want to strip out old scheduler meeting records, so we roll-over the same activity year to year. A few staff contacted me this week as they are prepping the start of new academic session, and report that they have a group of (say 8) students, but the Scheduler is displaying eg "4 students still need to make an appointment - send invitation - send reminder". The staff want to send a bulk reminder out to their entire student group for the start of the new session, but only some students are listed to contact this way. Is there a simple way to reset this so that it clears the list of who needs to make an appointment so that we can prompt all students to make an appointment each semester or year? I wondered if it was because individual staff hadn't ticked students off as seen after an appointment, but as far as I was aware that only affected students making bookings if it is set to one at a time (ours can make multiple appointments).
