I'm setting up a new installation of moodle (3.5)
There will be a large number of learners going through each course in their own time. They will submit quizzes at the end of teach topic, that are mostly essay questions that need to be graded manually. We'd like a pool of teachers to be available, and for the grading to be assigned to a teacher from that pool based on how long since they were last given one.
Is there anything like that currently existing in Moodle or available as a plugin? The closest I could find is putting learners into groups and assigning those groups to teachers, but that doesn't really achieve what we need.
