Is there a way to change this setting? I have students who need to book different facetoface sessions throughout the week and they need to pick more than one session instead of creating another whole face to face activity.

I have the same need. I hope there is a way to allow them to join or book for more than one session per each face to face activity. If anybody knows how to do this, please help. Thanks!

I believe face to face are meant to create several identical sessions for the student to choose the best that fits his/her schedule.
Let's say you have instructor lead course "Course 101". That course you will offer it in 3 different "schedules". So you create 3 sessions for the same course at 2 different schedules.
The student is supposed to attend just one. The most suitable for his/her schedule.

If you give the student (fully attended, no show, etc) credit for attending, it opens it up for sign up again. It only blocks if there is an open un-graded session.
