Turn off forums

Hi all

We would like to know if it is possible to turn off forums throughout moodle? This maybe temporary until we define an AUP for the forums.

AUP: Abbreviation, Acceptable Use Policy. The policy of a given ISP which sets out what the ISP considers to be (un)acceptable uses of its Internet resources.

So you don't know how to turn off the forums?

PS - If you don't know what something means, go to www.google.com and type in Define <word you dont know> - Just thought this might help fellow-moodlerswink

Hi Chris,

As forums are a fundamental part of Moodle, it's not possible to turn them off.
