Courses with Custom Grade Letters cannot be deleted

After I created a custom grade letter list in a course, i cannot delete the course

And it happens to every course with grade letters list

Thats a big issue

Is there a solution to that ???

Moodle version?  What error message?

Moodle version : 3.5.1+ (Build: 20180720)
Error Message : Exception - Call to undefined method mysqli_native_moodle_database::delete_record()
