Course Banner Not Displaying 3.5.1 upgrade

Hi I have just upgraded our site to 3.5.1 from 3.5.0 and the course banners are missing from the top from the top of each lesson, am I missing something or is there a way to set banner in a different way rather that Course Setting Summary, please see images below.

It sounds like you're using a custom theme, right? If you let us know the name of the theme, I'll move your thread to the themes forum where all the theme experts hang out.
