I'm sorry but this is not true. To get support you just need to follow the rules indicated in the top of the forum. It's quiet simple.
In the case of Adaptable, and due the large number of questions, the support is provided by version. You only need to find the thread with your version and ask there.
You also ask me directly by PM, something that I don't allow for obvious reasons. This is a public forum where I reply public questions. If you want personal support then is paid, not free. But, as Gareth stated, you ask private questions but you only allow replies from you contacts. How do you want to get an answer then?
Anyway, the answer to your question is clearly located in the theme description. You only need to read it, which is also something that everybody should do before use a theme.
