Not able to connect http://sandeshjain.com/moodle/ on mobile site
I have enabled web services and enabled mobile services also
the error is HTTP failure during parsing token.php
I have made all moodle files with chmod 777
website on chrome both in mobile and desktop is working fine

I just checked it and your site is returning this message:
This site requires Javascript to work, please enable Javascript in your browser or use a browser with Javascript support.
when the app tries to connect to http://sandeshjain.com/moodle/login/token.php.
It also includes a couple of Javascript scripts. That shouldn't be done in that request, the app expects to receive a JSON response, not some HTML content, that's why it fails.
