Just as Shirley mentions, you can add a link back to the course activity from the quiz Overall Feedback. You can even put different links in different grade boundary feedbacks of the quiz, or even in a question feedback. As a general rule, you can link from any place in Moodle that you can edit, to any place in Moodle that you can navigate to. Go to where you want to wind up and copy the URL from the address bar of your browser. Then go edit the place you want to have the link, paste in the URL, save your edit, then try it out.
