Upside: I think metas are less crazy now and certainly create fewer enrollment problems than they used to (it used to be you could either have manual and self enrollments OR you could have meta. If meta courses were enabled, you couldn't have the other as I recall). Enrollment is so much better now (If you could see me right now, you'd see big anime eyes with shiny stars and hearts around my head--so much love for the *new* enrollment system!).
So...metas are a little complicated BUT they are a lot less complicated than they used to be. Luck, Grant!
