We are using Moodle version 3.2.1.
I have install help desk plugin in moodle and it appears both admin and user account but user is unable to send any tickets to LMS admin regarding any issues within the system. Could help us how can i make the users to send the tickets in Moodle ?
When user try to send LMS team any ticket it pop up the below error
You do not have access to view all issues.
