Duplicate activity/resource: the copy is not indicated

Just upgraded from 3.2.7 to 3.4.4.

When duplicating an activity or a resource the copy now gets exactly the same name as the original. Previously the copy was indicated. Is this a bug or a setting somewhere?

Here is a tracker issue related to this: MDL-59300

I don't remember activities or resources having "copy" next to them, but as the tracker item mentions, this is something that the questions in the question bank have and also restored courses which have the same name as the original course.

Peter, like Mary, I cannot recall the word "copy" ever being added.

But, I love this feature request.  I voted for it and even added some words of support.  I saw that the last comment was back in June 2017, so I hope that my comment on the feature request will raise the priority on this idea.

I can't think of any problem adding the word "copy" or something like that to duplicated resources.  Maybe someone will post some "cons" to this idea.
