Environmental problems

Today, I installed Moodle with MariaDB.  Unfortunately, I'm stuck here in this page and I don't know what should I do anymore.

I also tried editing '50-server.cnf' and inserting

[client]
default-character-set = utf8mb4

[mysqld]
innodb_file_format = Barracuda
innodb_file_per_table = 1
innodb_large_prefix

character-set-server = utf8mb4
collation-server = utf8mb4_unicode_ci
skip-character-set-client-handshake

[mysql]
default-character-set = utf8mb4
through the lines and still no progress.

Please help us, we badly need Moodle right now. Thank you in advance!

Did you restart the "environment"? I mean something like "service mysqld restart" depending on your environment.

Environmental problem indeed. But nothing to compare with what is happening to the weather.
