Cannot find HTTPS Conversion Tool in the Moodle directory

It's standard in Moodle so  you won't find it in the Plugins directory. I realised when looking at the docs HTTPS conversion tool that it wasn't clear where to find it, so I updated the docs; thanks for the heads up.

You'll find it linked to from the HTTP security page, or else by typing admin/tool/httpsreplace/index.php after the URL of your Moodle site.

Thanks so much for your help. The problem really was that I was looking for a plugin that is now integrated. Thanks for updating the documentation. Hopefully that will save someone else from getting confused.
