After enabling maintenance mode prior to updating to Moodle 3.5, I can't turn maintenance mode off. I can log in to my site, but going to site administration, server, maintenance, I can click on disable in the dropdown, but when I click save, it goes back to enabled. I also went to myphp and changed the config file maintenance_enabled value to 0 with no success.
Any ideas?
