While I am uploading the users file which is in the .csv format it is giving an error for that and the error is
"User_ Name " is not a valid field name
However, the format that i have used for the .csv file is attached with this.
Kindly give me the possible solution.

Try using standard field names as in the docs.

username,password,firstname,lastname,email,course1,group1,cohort1
jonest,verysecret,Tom,Jones,jonest@someplace.edu,math102,Section 1,year 3
reznort,somesecret,Trent,Reznor,reznort@someplace.edu,math102,Section 3,year 4

Uploading users can be a little tricky. I think you have a missing column as the syntax must be perfect.
This should work:
username,password,firstname,lastname,email,course1,group1,cohort1
jonest,verysecret,Tom,Jones,jonest@someplace.edu,math102,Section 1,year 3
Try something simple to upload. A text editor like Notepad is the best way to check the file.

Edit: Attaching a file

If there is content in the course including an assignment, the logged in student should see it.

If a student wants to submit the assignment would he able to do that??

The assignment must be created in the course and the student enrolled. Then it can be submitted.
Setting up Moodle takes a lot of experimentation. You may have to play around with it for weeks, reading docs and watching youtube videos before it does what you want.
