I want to use the attendance plugin in a real class, the problem is, I have a course that contains two groups. Is there any way to select the attendance by group in the same course for different session ?

I hope you figured it out since than. If I understand you correctly, I think what you are looking for exists in the attendance plugin. If you define the attendance activity so it would work with groups, of course, in the activity settings screen.
In the attendance activity setting, just turn groups on and you can do it.
If you don't enable groups, then you don't get the drop down to select the group.
