Moodle version 3.2
I have a eLearning application running on SCORM technology. MySQL is crashing every time. When we enquired with service provider, they found some code injection happening on the instance which makes this MYSQL to crash. Because of this, users are not able to access our application.
Kindly help us to find a solution.
