I'm actually looking for the CSS for the forums. Notice that the content of the posts is directly under the picture as opposed to the side as in the Clean theme.
However, I'd like whatever the theme that this site www.moodle.org is using...

Did you know that you cannot use the word Moodle in your User Name?
I would appreciate it very much if you added your real name or some other name, but please do NOT use the name Moodle?

You won't get it, the theme used here has always been a one site theme to maintain a distinct presence.
Re the CSS for forums, guessing you could use developer tools in your browser to find it.
