We have just upgraded to Moodle 3.4 and we noticed at the course level, when we click on enrolled users, the 'ENROL USER' button is missing. ALso when I try to view enrolment methods, I see the details of it is missing as below:
What went wrong?
In 3.4 there is no Enrolled Users button anymore, only Participants...that screen was combined...so something is wrong with your install or you have a theme linking to a page that really isn't there any more. Go to the participants screen - that should be where the button is...
For some reason, the enrol user button is not there, not even at the participants. And the enrolment methods shows missing parameters
