We have just upgraded moodle and have a very slight issue with the collapse toggle view. Can the text background be set to the same colour as the toggle background colour so you don't see the white block?

Looks like the theme issue, did you check the compatibility of your theme?
But yes you could change anything via css. Use the inspect element feature in Chrome to find the css and experiment with different colours ad stuff

I am running the latest Boost and Collapsed Topics. I don't see titles in white. Maybe your theme is doing this. Or maybe someone already has added some custom CSS that is making your content background color be white.
