Hi all
A group of teachers have come up with this plan:
- Phase A. Webinar interrupted by assignments
Of course synchronous. As a result the assignments have strict time limits. The most likely type is the Quiz, but we want to have the choice.
- Phase B. A recording offered asynchronousy
For those who missed the webinar a recording will be available. The students can do the assignments under (almost) identical conditions like the original.
I believe, this is a common scenario. Appreciate your advice on all the tools required and the work-flow. I'm OK with the core Activities of Moodle. My experience with videos are minimal, so need basic instructions there.

Ping! I was surprised by the no reply, expecting this to be a FAQ.
I gather that, for the webinar, the solution closest to Moodle is the BigBlueButton. Otherwise there are numerous providers, e.g. zoom.us, if you don't want the IT big guys.
For the asynchronous part, I was advised to try H5P.
Appreciate further information.
