I have a fresh install of moodle;
Windows server 2016, MySql 8, Apache, PHP 7, Moodle 3.5
The install goes ok but after completing the admin account setup the browser goes blank, after a refresh I get the att error. (Capture)
I then click the dashboard navigation button and get an incomplete URL, please see att (Capture3)
Please advise, its a clean install with no content as of yet.
