I want to know if after login i can show mandatory poll, if user not responder the poll they cant go home page, but if the user answer the poll AND click in save button redirect yo home page.

You could embed a poll (external service) into a Site Policy that forces all users to see and agree to it in order to use the website, however, it will NOT force them to answer the poll. Can't think of any other way but a lot more clever Moodlers are out there than myself .
