When around 20 users log in at around the same time, an error message is reported and moodle fails.
Does anyone know why this problem occurs?

here is the config.php file. There's not much in it and the username and passwords have been blanked out. I hope it helps
they think it's the mysql server. But know one is sure. I have a workshop to run with students and need them to all log in at around the same time.

This was happening to me, at the same time every week. We never did figure out what was happening, but it definitely wasn't from Moodle, as in the end I asked my host to move me to a different server, and the problem was solved.
