First, Make sure you have the latest version of Fordson installed.
If you do not please update first! Moodle and Boost have been very active and making many changes. With each new version of Moodle it is VERY important that you update the theme to match the proper version of Moodle.
If you have Fordson for Moodle 3.5 already installed then this could be a couple of things. My first suggestion is to purge caches.Then right click in Chrome Browser and inspect the page. You might notice a number and then a red circle with an X in it. That would be errors which might cause problems. Use the console to see the errors.

Besides the cache my other thought on this is that you have a javascript error happening possibly due to plugin conflicts. Please list any and all 3rd party plugins you installed.
